Summer 2023 Coaching Courses - Parent's Guide

Times – The course starts at 9.00am each day & will finish promptly at 1.30pm. Cricketers can arrive by 8.45am so that a prompt start can be made at 9.00am.
Parking – At Taunton Deane CC there is space to park and this available to parents dropping off and picking up their children as well as during the course.
Weather – In the event of poor weather the coaching course will go ahead with indoor activities provided. No refunds are possible for days lost to bad weather.
Equipment – Equipment will be provided on the coaching course, but players are encouraged to bring their own protective kit - all cricketers are required to wear cricket helmets when playing with a hard cricket ball for example. It is compulsory for all to bring their own protective box for hygiene reasons.
Food and Drink – We will stop for a short lunch break so please bring adequate food and drink for each day.
Sun-cream and Hats – It is advised that all cricketers have a sun hat on during warm days with sun cream advised for sunny days.
Use of Photography – Video analysis is part of the course - cricketers will be filmed completing skills. Photos taken may be used for promoting the Mad4Cricket website.
